SECURITY POLICY


Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

If your order has not arrived, or you have received the wrong item or you have other problems with your delivery, please call us on 01525 852 419 and we will look in to the matter as soon as possible.


RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day returns guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date that you received the item, and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. Returned items may be subject to a 10% re stocking fee.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect if the item is outside the 30 day guarantee (this will not however affect your 12 month guarantee if the item has broken due to a manufacturing fault).

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you take delivery of an Adamesh package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.

You have the right to return a defective item within a reasonable period of time. In the unlikely event that you have a defective item please return the item to us at Adamesh Ltd, Unit 4 Youngs Industrial Estate, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 4QB, England.

If we sent you an item that you did not order please return the item to us or contact us by phone and we will have the item collected. If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, contact us and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.
